          Middle of essay .... smoking will make teens look mature.  Companies such as Marlboro even give points that can be achieved with each carton of cigarette, which later can be traded for prizes such as duffel bags, sweaters, and other items that may be appealing to teens.
Although the tobacco industry successfully advertised the appeal of smoking, they did not inform people of the negative outcomes, so people found out for themselves.  Bad breath, yellow teeth and nails, and the stale smell of cigarette smoke left on....           |
